We’re looking for degree students to join a pool of content creators to capture their experience studying at Spirit Studios. In this role you’ll be required to film and edit short form videos showcasing student life, covering topics such as:
- A day in the life at Spirit
- Making/Recording a song/track at Spirit
- Tour of music venues in Manchester
- Best record shops on Manchester
- Top 5 lunch spots near Spirit
Content creators will be provided a variety of briefs to choose from outlining the video topics. The content created will then be used on Spirits social media channels, including Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, as well as the website. These are paid roles, with a flat fee of £35 per video, (with the expectation that each video will take no longer than 3 hours to make).
Person specification:
– Studying a degree course at Spirit
– An understanding of short form videos
– Ability to edit videos into an engaging format
– Able to work to a brief
– Able to work independently

How to apply:
To be considered for the role please submit an example of video content that you have filmed and edited, this could be short or longer form. You can also film a piece of content for your application if desired.
The video can be on any topic and does not need to be related to the role, as long as it demonstrates your ability to produce content. Make sure you’ll be able to deliver videos of the same quality if you are selected.
