Studio Access and IT accounts
You’ll continue to have access to our studios and other bookable facilities over the summer, up until around mid-August.
You’ll also have access to the various IT services until the end of August, including Google Workspace, EditShare, Stingray, Cheqroom and Wi-Fi.
Please ensure you make a copy of any data that you want to keep from Google Workspace and EditShare prior to the end of August. More information about this can be found in our Undergraduate student IT exit guide, available in the Technical Resources hub.
Returning library books and stores equipment
If you’ve borrowed any books or resources from the Library you’ll need to return these, and also make sure to return any equipment loaned from stores.
Your results
While you’ll get an indication of your marks during feedback week, your formal marks will be available Monday, 17 June. You can access your results via the UCLan portal.
Graduation
You should have now received an email from UCLan inviting you to your Graduation ceremony this summer. The email invitation should have gone to your personal/preferred email address (which you gave when you enrolled with UCLan) and your UCLan email address. Spirit Studios graduation ceremony will take place on Friday 12 July, 2024, with all partner students from the School of Arts and Media.
If you have not received a Graduation invitation email from UCLan you need to email graduation@uclan.ac.uk as soon as possible.
You can find out more information about your Graduation as well as answers to frequently asked questions on the UCLan website here.
Careers support
If you’re still not sure about what you’d like to do following your degree, or if you’re looking for some careers support you can still make an appointment with Spirit’s Creative Industries Advisor Lewis, over the summer.
You can book a one-to-one Careers consultation by going to the Careers section of the Student Hub and filling out the Careers Advice booking form.
If you’re thinking about further study following your undergraduate degree why not take a look at Spirit’s Master’s in Music Production.
